Delivery, Returns & Refunds


Delivery areas include:
Roscommon county, east Longford, east Galway, west Mayo, south Leitrim, Westmeath. Areas and towns such as Strokestown, Elphin, Tulsk, Boyle, Ballinagare, Frenchpark, Ballaghaderreen, Loughglinn, Ballymoe, Castlerea, Tuam, Dunmore, Clonbern, Glenamaddy, Kilkerrin, Moylough, Mountbellew, Ballinasloe, Athlone, Lanesboro, Carrick on Shannon etc.
It is essential that you provide us with a contact number, as our delivery partners may need to contact you in relation to the delivery. A mobile or work number is preferable.

We deliver 5 days a week – Monday to Friday.  Normal delivery times take 1-2 business days, upon order confirmation.  This may vary dependent on the type of order placed.  A valid signature will be required by a person 18 years or older. You will then become the owner of the items and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

If you are not in when we first try to deliver your order, we will take your order back and then attempt to deliver once more on a different day before returning the item to our warehouse. If you do not receive your item in the required time please notify our customer service team at 

Our standard return policy for items bought is 7 days. This applies to both online and in-store purchases, except in case of sale items, which you have 3 working days to return. 
We are happy to assist you with the return of items purchased once we are notified within 3 working days from the day after delivery of the item(s). You have a further 4 days from the date you notified us  to return any item(s) to us.
While the item(s) are in your possession you must take reasonable and appropriate care of them. They must be in “as new” condition and returned in their original and undamaged packaging. 
If any goods delivered to you are damaged or do not meet the description given, please contact our Customer Service Team at within 3 days of delivery. The goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging and accompanying documentation (if applicable).

Repair of Faulty Goods
Goods returned for repair, within the manufacturer's warranty period, will be assessed and/or repaired within a reasonable time frame. These times may vary due to reasons beyond our control e.g. part availability or incorrect fault description.
You may be required to pay labour, assessment and/or freight fees if goods are determined to have been damaged by misuse or accidental damage.

Refunds will be processed back to the same payment method that was used for the original order and will be issued once the goods have been returned to us, usually within 3-5 working days. 
Please be aware that we will refund your delivery cost only if the return is as a result of our error (e.g. faulty product).   In addition, a fee may apply, where the item(s) returned have diminished in value through handling the item beyond what is necessary to inspect the features and characteristics of the item(s).
If the item does not arrive within a 30-day period, from when the order was placed, you can contact our Customer Service Team at and ask that it be delivered at another date that is convenient for you.  If the item does not arrive within this new agreed time period, then you are entitled to cancel the contract and be refunded the full costs, including any standard delivery charges, without delay and within 14 days.
